When we decided to sell my house in San Diego, We were very fortunate to have John Grange to help us . He was with Sundae at that time. We had a low information neighbor that had recently purchased the property south of us. He got very bad advice from a realtor about property easements. This was upsetting because he was threatening to sue, unless I moved a retaining wall. He was also limiting my access to MY property!
